SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Shipping method at present is Australia Post.
Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

CHANGE OF MIND?

In the event of misjudgment in terms of sizing or style we offer a 14-day policy. 

This policy includes:

 

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, with proof of purchase.

  • Item(s) when returned must be unworn, unwashed and unused, along with all original tags/labels still intact.

  • Sales items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Limited Edition items are not suitable for exchanges. Store credits can be offered only.

  • If a refund is requested, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded, upon the return of the item, the item will undergo an inspection ensuring it meets the conditions above, once this is confirmed the item will be promptly refunded. Please allow 30 days for funds to clear.

  • Any costs associated with the return of the item is your responsibility, this includes: freight costs, currency conversions and local or international taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us, in case of the unlikely event we do not receive it.

FAULTY ITEM?

In an incident where there has been a mishap and an item is damaged or faulty when received, we are more than happy to meet our legal and good natured obligations of refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement item as long as it is returned with in a 14-day period with proof of purchase.

Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer, in accordance with our site policy and Australian Consumer Law.
